2016: Lambda Pi Eta Member. Division II ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2015-16: New England Champion in the Distance Medley Relay. NCAA Div II Qualifier in the mile, 3000, and DMR. All-New England (3000m, DMR). All-Conference (Mile). NCAA DII Indoor Track & Field All-Region Honors (mile, 3000m, DMR). Northeast-10 Academic All-Conference.

2014-15: All-New England (4x800m). NE-10 Champion in the 3000 meter and the 4x800 meter relay. All-Conference (3000m, 4x800m). NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll  both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll fall semester.

Outdoor Season:

2016: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll spring semester

2014: Ran in three events over a course of four meets for the Skyhawks. Started off her career running in the 3000-meter run and finished with a time of 10:34.44 at the Colonial Relays (4/4-4/5). Ran in the 1500-meter run at the UMass Invitational (4/12) and clocked in at 4:49.05. Ran the 800-meter run at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/19) at a time of 2:23.88. Finished off the season with a 7th place finish in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:20.95 at the NE-10 Championships (5/2-5/3)

High School: 2013 graduate of North Kingstown High School. Competed in track and cross country, named team MVP all four years. As a freshman, named All-State in cross country. As a sophomore, state champion in 3k, and New England champion and state record holder in the 2 mile. As a junior, All-State in cross country, state champion in 3k, and national qualifier. As a senior, named All-New England and All-State in cross country, state champion in 3k, and All-State in outdoor track.

Personal: Born August 22, 1995 in Washington. Daughter of Mark McAdams. Has five sisters, (Kim, Anie, Alia, Emmy, and Maggie), and four brothers (Gabriel, Patrick, Daniel, and Matthew). Enjoys ceramics/pottery, and hiking as hobbies. Lists favorite team as Boston Bruins and favorite athlete as Olympian Galen Rupp.
