Totaled 16 tackles, with 13 solo and three tackle assists, and a pass breakup. Made a season-high three solo tackles in season-opening win over Curry (9/2). Finished with a season-high matching three tackles (two solo) and a pass breakup at Pace (9/10). Registered two solo stops against American International (9/24). Posted a season-high matching three tackles (two solo) in win over Pace (10/15).
2010: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Appeared in all ten games. Totaled 11 tackles (eight solo) in his rookie season. Had a season-high four stops (three solo) against New Haven (10/2). Posted two solo tackles in win at Saint Anselm (10/30).
High School: 2010 graduate of Rancocas Valley Regional High School. Three year letterwinner for coach Sam Jenkins, serving as captain as a junior and senior. Earned All-Conference honors. Named Student-Athlete of the Week once. Also lettered in track and field.
Personal: Born December 30, 1991, in Willingboro, N.J. Son of Willie Lanier of Westampton, N.J. Has two sisters, Tammy and Penny. Majoring in criminology. Dean's List student is an Edwin Sutherland Criminology Honor Society member. Has worked as a Resident Assistant on campus. MOSAIC (Male Diversity Club) Club Facilitator and Community Service Representative. Football team's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) representative. Boys & Girls Club of Brockton Youth Diversion Program mentor. Has completed internships with Plymouth County (Mass.) District Attorney's Office, United States Marshals Service and Burlington County (N.J.) Superior Courthouse. Lists Bob Sanders as a favorite athlete.
