Northeast-10 Conference regular season championship on Friday evening
with a 3-0 league triumph over Assumption at W.B. Mason Stadium, as
Head Coach Pam Arpe's Skyhawks
wrapped up the regular season with an overall mark of 16-3, including a
14-2 slate in Northeast-10 play. Sophomore Kerri Sullivan (Goffstown, N.H.)

Stonehill victories last week, including the game-winner with 1:30

Sullivan added a goal and two assists in a 4-0 Northeast-10 win over
American International last Thursday afternoon at W.B. Mason Stadium,
while junior Aly Boulis
(Lincoln, R.I.) netted three goals on the week, including a pair in the
regular season title clinching triumph over Assumption. Junior Dani Ryder (Gloucester, Mass.)

institution for the 2006 Northeast-10 Field Hockey Championships this
weekend at W.B. Mason Stadium. The top-seeded Skyhawks will take
on the winner of Wednesday's quarterfinal round match between
fourth-seeded Saint Michael's and fifth-seeded Bryant in semi-final

Stonehill senior midfielder
and co-captain Joseph Sousa
earned a spot on the 2006 Northeast-10 all-conference squad for his
efforts on behalf of Head Coach Jose
Gomes's Skyhawks this fall. A native of Shelton, Conn. and
a graduate of Shelton High School, Sousa led Stonehill in scoring for
the second straight season with five goals and six assists for 16
points, including a pair of game-winning tallies, as the Skyhawks
posted their highest single-season win total in seven years this season
with an overall mark of 7-11, including a 3-10 slate in Northeast-10
play that included a victory over nationally-ranked Merrimack back in
September. Sousa earned third team all-Northeast-10 accolades for
his efforts this fall, as he becomes the second Skyhawk to earn
all-conference honors in as many seasons, joining former Stonehill
