The field will consist of teams from Assumption, American International, Fitchburg State, UMass Lowell, New England College, Wheaton, Tufts, Williams and Springfield.

Joining her in the top 15 were senior Lesley Clunie (Newburyport, Mass.) in eighth place, and freshman Kelly O'Toole (Nashua, N.H.) in 15th.

Last year's invitational winner, Keene State's Breanne Lucey, leads an Owl squad ranked third in New England. Lucey herself has wins at this season's Dartmouth Invitational and Iona's Meet of Champions.

This race will be the final tuneup before Stonehill takes part in the New England Championships on Saturday, October 6th at Franklin Park in Dorchester, Mass.
