Gardynski Headed To Nationals
Easton, Mass. - Senior Jenny Gardynski (Everett, Mass.) will head to the NCAA Division II Track & Field Championships held May 21-23 on the campus of Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas.
The senior co-captain will be making her first trip to the track and field national championships following her record breaking performance in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the New England Championships on Saturday, May 2.
Gardynski broke her own school record by over 20 seconds with a time of 10:53.24, automatically qualifying her for nationals in the process.
At nationals, she will be seeded 17th in the event out of 19 participants in the event.
