January 4, 1995 - Michelle Doonan had a game-high 32 points, eight rebounds, five steals and four assists in the Stonehill Women's Basketball 86-71 win over Merrimack.  The victory marked the College's 31st consecutive win over the Warriors.  Later that week, Stonehill defeated Springfield to move to 10-0.  At the time, this was the school's best start ever.

Volleyball Trio Named To Conference Honor Roll

Easton, Mass. - Senior Katherine Masson (Acushnet, Mass.) and sophomores Therese Mance (Milwaukee, Wis.) and Andrea Wirth (Mesa, Ariz.) were named to the Northeast-10 Conference honor roll for their play last week, as announced by the conference on Monday. 

Masson averaged 3.33 kills and 1.83 digs per set in two matches, as the Skyhawks swept both opponents in three sets.  The senior also stands just four kills away from reaching 1000 in her career. 

Wirth played in all three matches last week, averaging 11.44 assists per set and 2.67 digs per set, including a 37 assist and 10 dig performance against St. Michael's on Friday. 

Mance had double figure digs in every match last week, averaging 3.88 digs per set for Stonehill, who didn't lose a set all week. 

The 15-9 Skyhawks return to action when they host Southern New Hampshire in Merkert Gymnasium on Tuesday at 7:00 pm.
