September 10, 2005 - Stonehill Football defeated the Pace Setters 17-13 in inaugural game at W.B. Mason Stadium.  A sellout crowd of 2,400 watched sophomore quarterback Greg Borsari throw for 146 yards and two touchdowns in the Skyhawks' victory.

Worcester, Mass. - The Skyhawks had seven top five finishes, and many more in the top ten as they finished sixth for sixth at the College of Holy Cross on Saturday. 

Junior Joe D'Agostino (Canton, Mass.) was one of two Stonehill individuals to win their event, as he took the crown in the high jump with a mark of 6'4".  Also placing first was the Skyhawks 4x100 relay team which finished in a time of 43.28 seconds. 

Senior Torrey Price (Sleepy Hollow, N.Y.) was the other Stonehill athlete to take first, as he captured the crown in the 100 meter dash with a time of 11.16 seconds.  The senior also got fifth in the 200 meter dash with a time of 22.63 seconds. 

Sophomore Pat Fanning (Rockland, Mass.) also finished in the top five in two different events, as he took fifth in the hammer throw (131'11") and fourth in the discus throw with a distance of 123 feet and seven inches. Taking second in the long jump was senior Tyler Guilmette (East Longmeadow, Mass.) (22'4.25").
