2006-2007 (Sophomore): Set a school record with a second place finish in the 1,000 meters, posting a time of 2:27.0 at the Rhode Island Sorlein Invitational (1/20)... Turned in the best indoor performance of his career on the men's side for the Skyhawks, as he ran the fastest time of any individual in the country to date this winter in the mile, shattering the school record with a time of 4:07.22 at the Boston University Terrier Invitational - his time was nearly three seconds better than the previous best time posted this season, his time also bettered the previous school record of 4:09.77 set by Mario Fraioli three years ago (1/27)... First place in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:45.64 at the Tufts Stampede Invitational (2/3)... Anchored the quartet that set a school record in the distance medley relay with a time of 9:53 and in the process ran the fastest time in the country in Division II to date at the BU Valentine Classic (2/10)... First place finish the the 2007 NE-10 Championships in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:51.40 and part of the winning 4 X 800 relay that posted a time of 8:00.95 (2/16)... Garnered All New England honors for a runner-up finish in the 1,000 meters, as he posted a time of 2:27.79 and part of the 4 X 800 relay team that finished second to UConn in the event in a school record time of 7:40.95 to also capture all-New England honors at the New England Championships (2/24)... Posted a time of 4:11.83 in the mile at the 2007 NCAA Division II Championships - qualified for national championship race, earned first individual All-America honors for Stonehill when he finished fifth in the mile with a time of 4:08.49 at the NCAA Championships (3/10).
2005-2006 (Freshman): Named Northeast-10 Freshman of the Year... Garnered All-New England honors in freshman year for 4X100 Meter Relay performance at New England Championships (5/14) with time of 42.87... Named Freshman of the Week (4/11) for 800 Meter victory at Bryant Invitational (4/9)... Made appearance on Northeast-10 Weekly Honor Roll twice.
At Brockton High School: Two-time Boston Globe All-Scholastic team member... Voted Brockton Enterprise Runner of the Year as a senior... National Honor Society Member
