2006-2007 (Junior): First place finish at the Tufts Stampede Invitational in the 800 meters with a time of 1.58.70... He combined with three teammates to take second in the distance medley 10:29.89... A member of the Distance Medley Relay team that set a school record in the event with a time of 9:53 and in the process ran the fastest time in the country in Division II to date at the BU Valentine Classic (2/10)... A member of the Skyhawks group that posted a winning time of 10:37.83 in taking top honors in the distance medley relay at the 2007 NE-10 Championships (2/16)... 4 X 800 relay team finished second to UConn in the event in a school record time of 7:40.95 to also captured all-New England honors (2/24)... He helped Stonehill claim its first indoor All-America performance when the men's distance medley relay team posted a time of 10:04.64 to finish eighth in the field (3/9).
2005-2006 (Sophomore): Became third Skyhawk honored with the title All-America after finishing 24th individually (highest ever for a Skyhawk men's performer at NCAA National Championships) after completing 10K in 32:31.9 at National competition (11/19)... Earned All-Northeast Regional honors and named to first team All-Northeast-10... Six-time Northeast-10 Weekly Honor Roll, all during Fall season alone... Finished second in 3,000 Meters during Ekstrand Classic (5/6).
2004-2005 (Freshman): He had an outstanding freshman season... Secured an eighth place individual finish at the 2004 NCAA Northeast Regional Championship to earn all-NCAA regional honors... Also earned all-Northeast-10 Honors after his eighth-place finish in the conference championship... Took 25th at the Stegemoller Classic in Evansville, Ind. with a time of 26:15.
At Ellington High School: Ran four years under Head Coach Aaron Flamino... Two-time school cross country MVP and All-New England selection... Three-time cross country conference champion.
