Mashkevich Named ESPN The Magazine Academic All-American

EASTON, Mass. (June 8, 2010) – Stonehill College senior men’s tennis standout Michael Mashkevich (Goleta, Calif./Framingham (Mass.)) has earned ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America honors as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-America committee.

EASTON, Mass. (May 28, 2010) – Stonehill College senior men’s tennis standout Michael Mashkevich (Goleta, Calif./Framingham (Mass.)) has been recognized for his performances on both the tennis courts and in the classroom by earning ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District honors as selected by members of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) throughout New England and New York. With his selection to the At-Large first team, Mashkevich is now eligible for Academic All-America selection. CoSIDA’s at large Academic All-America program includes student-athletes that that compete in the sports of tennis, golf, gymnastics, hockey, lacrosse, rifle, skiing, swimming, volleyball and wrestling.
