2011-12: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (Spring Semester). Played in 15 games for Stonehill recording one goal and one assist for two points on the season. Recorded an assist at 7:27 of the second period in a 6-3 win over Franklin Pierce on 12/03/11. Scored his lone goal of the season at the 3:17 mark of the second period in a 7-3 triumph over Saint Michael's College (2/14/12). Stonehill went 2-0-0 overall when he scored a point.

2010-11: Played in 18 games scoring two goals and three assists for five points. Both goals scored were on the power play. Scored against Nichols College (11/13) in a 5-3 loss. His goal tied the game at 3-3 at 19:37 of the second period. Potted a power play marker at 4:53 of the first period in a 6-2 win over Assumption College (1/22). Also added an assist in the contest for his only multi-point game of the season.

2009-10: Appeared in 27 games as a rookie, scoring six goals and collecting two assists. Scored the tying goal against Becker at 13:23 (unassisted) in the third period to send the game to a shootout won by Stonehill (11/6). Recorded a hat trick against Nichols College (11/24). Named the Second Star for his hat-trick against Nichols potting a goal in every period of the contest. Scored in a 6-0 win over Southern New Hampshire (11/29) at 7:41 of the first period to push the score to 2-0 at the time. Netted a goal in a 3-2 win over Southern New Hampshire (12/5) at 7:23 of the second period to make it 1-1.

High School: 2009 graduate of Tabor Academy. Letterwinner in ice hockey. Also lettered and served as team captain in lacrosse.

Personal: Born May 9, 1990, Hyannis, Mass. Son of George and Molly DeMello of Cotuit, Mass.. He has a sister, Madison (22). Majoring in finance with a minor in economics. Father played ice hockey at New Haven. Enjoys golf and boating. Supports Boston Bruins. Lists Tyler Seguin as favorite athlete.
