Michael Harding, head coach Dave McLaughlin's top assistant, enters his fourth season with the Stonehill program.
With Harding on the sidelines, the Skyhawks have averaged over 20 wins a season and have made three appearances in the Northeast-10 Tournament and a trip to the NCAA Final Four.
In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Harding serves as Stonehill's recruiting coordinator and helps to develop pre- and post-season strength and conditioning programs.
Prior to his arrival at Stonehill, Harding was an assistant coach at his alma mater, Bowdoin College.
A 2003 graduate with a degree in Government and Legal Studies, Harding was the recipient of the Sarah and James Bowdoin Scholar Award for academic excellence as well as being selected as the Lenox Foundation Book Award honoree for his exemplary scholarship.
Harding received a master's degree in education from Tufts University in the spring of 2007.
He and his wife, Kristen, reside in South Easton, Mass.
