March 31, 2007 - The Skyhawks captured their second IHSA Zone 1, Region 4 Championship in three years under Head Coach Sara DelVecchio after claiming High Point Champions at the Bridgewater State Intercollegiate Horse Show.  Stonehill received first-place finishes from sophomores Jamie Marsalise, Becca Clifford, and Naomi Crilley.

Skyhawks Release 2009 Schedule
6/1/09
Having won as many games in the past two seasons as the previous four campaigns combined, year number three of the Robert Talley coaching era will commence in late August with a trip to Glenville (W. Va.) State it has been announced by the Stonehill athletic department. The Skyhawks return several key players for the 2009 season, led by senior Thomas Pfeifer (Babylon, N.Y.) on the offensive line, all-purpose back Eddie Vachon (Newton, Mass.) and outside deep threat David Pringle (West Haven, Conn.). Defensively, over the past two seasons under Talley, Stonehill is second in the nation in turnover margin (+22).
Preparations For 2009 Season Underway
3/31/09
Coming off of a 4-6 2008 season that saw them win three of their last four games, including the last two by a combined score of 70-7, Stonehill has begun to prepare for 2009. Third-year head coach Rob Talley returns several key players, including four members along the front line. That group is headlined by second-team All-Northeast-10 performer Thomas Pfeifer, who has started 19 of the last 20 games at left tackle. Dynamic running back Eddie Vachon is also back in the fold after a sophomore campaign that saw him lead the Northeast-10 in all-purpose yards (1,209), earn second-team Northeast-10 honors and find the endzone five times. Defensively, the Skyhawks return three key cogs in the secondary led by Stephan Neville. An all-rookie team selection in 2008, Neville led the Northeast-10 in kick return average (29.7), was second in interceptions (5) and tenth in passes defensed (8).
