November 18, 2006 - Keith Gill, a junior on the Cross-Country team, was named the fourth All-America performer in school history.  With the honor Gill also became the first two-time All-America in Skyhawk, as he earned outdoor track All-America accolades this past spring in the 1500 Meter Run at the NCAA Championships held in Emporia, Kan.

Sacred Heart Edges Stonehill in NCAA Head-to-Head

Pioneers edge Skyhawks on tiebreaker following 4-4 tie

STOUGHTON, Mass. (November 22, 2009) - Sacred Heart University edged Stonehill College on a tiebreaker after the two teams competed to a 4-4 tie in equestrian action at Dry Water Farm today.

Senior Rachel Foster (Townsend, Mass./North Middlesex Regional) was awarded MVP honors for the day in fences for Stonehill. Sophomore Christine Dwyer (Louisville, Ky./Kentucky Country Day) was awarded MVP honors for the day for flat for the Skyhawks.

Stonehill will conclude its fall season on Saturday, December 5, at the Holiday Tournament of Champions, hosted by Centenary College, in Long Valley, N.J.
