April 20, 1981 - Sophomore Mark DeJoie was named the Northeast-7 Conference Baseball Player of the Week after hitting .600 with ten RBIs.  Two of his nine hits drove in the game-winning runs.  The College had won five of their last six games during Dejoie's hot streak.


Inclement Weather Forces Postponement Of Equestrian Competition At UMass Dartmouth Horse Show Sunday, Event Re-Scheduled For November 5th

Due to the inclement weather conditions in the region this weekend, the Stonehill equestrian team's scheduled competition at the UMass Dartmouth Horse Show in Tiverton, R.I. on Sunday morning has been postponed. The show has been re-scheduled for next Sunday, November 5th at 9:00 a.m., and the Skyhawks will return to action on Saturday, November 4th at the Endicott Horse Show that also begins at 9:00 a.m.
