May 15, 2005 - After defeating Adelphi, 16-10, Stonehill Women's Lacrosse advanced to the 2005 NCAA National Championship to face West Chester University of Pennsylvania.  Senior Colby Confer registered three goals while rookie Kristin Darrell added two scores and an assist in Stonehill's 13-10 win.  The victory marked the team's second National Championship in three years.

2007 (Senior): Missed entire season due to injury.

2006 (Junior): Made four starts on the mound ... Went 2-2 with a 3.54 ERA ... Recorded 23 strikeouts in 28 innings ... Went six innings allowing three runs while striking out six in a 9-4 win over C.W. Post (3/4) ... Struck out six in seven innings in 12-6 win over American International (3/25).

2005 (Sophomore): Appeared in 16 games in the field and made 11 starts on the mound ... Went 8-2 with a 3.09 ERA and three complete games ... Struck out 53 batters in 78.2 innings ... Held opponents to a .240 batting average ... Went eight innings while striking out six in a 5-2 win over UMass-Lowell (4/1) ... Hurled a complete game five-hit gem in a 5-2 win over Merrimack (4/6) ... Tossed six shutout innings in a 7-0 non-Conference win over Felician (4/16) ... Went eight innings in picking up his eighth win of the season in a 4-3 win over Southern Connecticut the Northeast-10 Tournament Semifinals.

2004 (Freshman): Started seven games on the mound in his inaugural campaign ... Appeared in seven games in the field, making two starts ... Collected three hits in 12 at-bats including a homerun ... Went 3-1 with a 1.70 ERA ... 36 strikeouts in 42.1 innings ... Earned wins over American International (4/3), Merrimack (4/18) and Southern New Hampshire (5/2).

At Masconomet: Four-year letterwinner ... Named team captain his senior year.

Personal: Born Nick Santabarbara, December 4, 1984 ... Son of John and Susan Santabarbara ... He has one brother, Joey who is also a member of the Stonehill Baseball team.
