May 26, 2003 - Sophomore Colby Confer was named the Northeast-10 Conference Player of the Week after she net five goals during the Northeast-10 Championships, including a career-high four markers in the Championship round victory over Bryant.  Stonehill claimed their fourth straight Conference Championship with the win.

Terry Duggan led Stonehill Volleyball to a 78-47 record, a dramatic turnaround from earlier seasons. Duggan was a member of four straight Northeast-10 tournament teams. Along with her sister Ginny, Terry provided the Stonehill squad with a dominate player, both offensively and defensively.  She played every game of the 123 matches she participated in through her four year career. Duggan graduated averaging 15 kills and 11 digs per match.
